The European arm of Enercon Industries is seeking to enhance its workforce with two new key hires.
The global leader in induction cap sealing machines is currently recruiting for a General Manager and UK Sales Manager to oversee operational excellence and drive market expansion.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing European operations, with a key focus on strategic leadership and planning, sales performance, people management, and stakeholder engagement.
They will have overall responsibility for achieving annual organisational goals, objectives and targets as defined by shareholders.
This role would suit an experienced senior manager, or an ambitious junior manager looking to take the next step in their career.

The UK Sales Manager will take responsibility for the UK and Ireland and will be tasked with growing sales in a well-established market.
Applicants should have at least 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in the packaging or manufacturing industry, and have a proven record of driving and improving sales within a company.
The Sales Manager will be expected to travel around the UK and Ireland to visit customers, prospects, and OEMs. Occasional overseas travel will also be required for major international trade exhibitions and conferences.
