Enercon shortlisted for prestigious customer service award Enercon Industries Ltd, the global leader in induction heat sealing, has been shortlisted for a prestigious customer service award.
The Aylesbury-based company has been named as a finalist in the Processing and Packaging Machinery Association (PPMA) Group Industry Awards 2015 for the category of ‘customer service’.
The annual awards recognise and reward excellence in British manufacturing and engineering.
Founder and Managing Director, Richard Bull, said he was thrilled that Enercon had been shortlisted.
“Offering outstanding customer service is at the centre of our operations, so to be recognised for that is a real achievement and testament to the dedication of our team,” he said.
“Enercon has worked hard to create an unmatched international representative network to ensure that our customers always have help nearby on the rare occasion they encounter any issues with their sealing applications.
“We are delighted to be associated with the awards and the excellence they represent across the industry,” he added.
Among Enercon’s customers who have praised the quality of its customer service was Jim Peace, Production Director of Shaws – a British producer of chutneys, relishes and sauces.
Mr Peace said: “Enercon’s back-up and support service has been absolutely brilliant.
“Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and professional – Enercon understands the pressures of production.
“The quality of their support is the number one reason we bought a second machine – some 20 years after purchasing our first.
“I know that problems with our induction sealer will be rare but if we do have them, Enercon can be relied on to help us.”
Enercon has been shortlisted alongside four other companies: Adsol/Meler, Bradman Lake, Conveyer Systems Ltd and ICE.
All winners will be selected by an independent judging panel and announced at the PPMA Awards Dinner on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
